We listen to what matters.

What makes a teD residential design unique is the attention to detail we give to each client, our ideology is that we see the projects as more than a set of plans and material selections, but rather an environment which is finely tailored to that of the character of its owner.

Conscious of the complexities of building in Los Angeles, we are apt at working with permitting authorities and navigating various and frequent changing regulatory standards including the hillside and small lot subdivisions ordinances, CALgreen and Title 24.

Overlooking Beverly Hills, this understated Tuscan inspired residence combines the regions architectural traditions of tiled roofs and smooth walls with the homeowners' desire for a house rooted to its unique site.

Amidst the cool vibes of the ocean breeze and surf-able waves is a young couples loft retreat off Brooks Avenue.

When this young Culver City couple decided to renovate and expand their small, one story ranch style house, they wanted open, airy spaces – a home that would be clean and uncluttered in the International Style, but at the same time warm and inviting.  Passionate about entertaining, cooking and wine, as well as avid music and sports enthusiasts, access to media was paramount.

A seamless transition between old and new construction and an equally seamless integration of the client’s lifestyle was the goal.

This interior remodel gave this 1950's ranch style residence a new personality. Nestled in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, this retreat is a quiet safe haven that resembles the personality of its owner.

New open Kitchen to Living Room, new Master Bedroom Suite and powder room refresh help redefine the owners family needs.
