The primary objective for the client was to establish a flagship location on the West Coast.
This state-of-the-art, new construction FBO (terminals for private aircraft) campus features a
19,000 square foot terminal, a 250,000 square foot aircraft ramp and five multi-plane hangars on 12.4
acres. In addition, the project participated in the procurement of a public art piece which was installed on the facade on Hangar 3 with predominant views to the major freeway. Sustainability was a preeminent goal from the project’s outset, with the client stipulating that the project achieve LEED Platinum certification for the entire campus.

To date, this is the most ambitious sustainability achievement in the industry.
